Five steps to your first quote

1. Set your rates They open at published market figures. Change them and publish.
2. Walk the house Your phone, a short video or a few photos.
3. Check the list The AI proposes what it sees. It never writes a price. Nothing prices until you confirm the list.
4. Your rates price it Your crew rates, your minimum, your travel fee.
5. Send the link Once you publish your prices you get a branded page you can put on your Google Business Profile. Deposits go to your own account, not to us.
