What we could not source

Travel, stairs and long-distance start as placeholders, and the product says so. No source publishes those with a method worth citing.

• Travel fee Several sites repeat the same spread with no basis given. That is a number to copy, not a figure to cite.
• Stairs Sources agree a stairs charge exists. None of them states it as a share of the time it costs you.
• Long distance A working placeholder. Long-distance tariffs are set with you, not guessed from a national page.

We would rather show you a visible gap than a weak source. A weak source would not look like a gap.
